(II) Reception and Communication Preparation Understand the basic information of the Madagascar client, including the number of visitors, their positions, professional backgrounds, purpose of visit, and needs (such as whether they are interested in equipment prices, after-sales service, customization needs, etc.), in order to arrange the reception and explanation content in a targeted manner. Customers are guided to view different types of printed samples, with detailed explanations of the printing processes and effects, allowing customers to personally experience the equipment's printing quality and diverse functions. Encourage customers to express their needs and ideas. Technical personnel will then introduce the equipment's capabilities and solutions for customized production based on customer requirements. (III) Interactive Communication and Q&A (30 minutes) A dedicated interactive communication session will be arranged, allowing customers to engage in in-depth communication with company leaders, technical personnel, and the sales team. Customers can raise questions and suggestions regarding the technical details, pricing policies, after-sales service, and delivery cycle of the screen printing machine. Company personnel will actively respond to ensure that customer questions are answered satisfactorily. Understand the customer's needs and potential cooperation opportunities in the Madagascar market, and explore the possibility of cooperation in screen printing equipment sales, technical cooperation, and production processing. Based on customer needs and market conditions, provide personalized solutions and cooperation plans to facilitate mutual agreement. After the visit, the questions and suggestions raised by the client during the visit, as well as the key points of communication between both parties, were promptly compiled into detailed meeting minutes.
The company's promotional materials, screen printing machine technical data, printing samples, and meeting minutes were compiled into a booklet and sent to the Madagascar client to facilitate their further understanding of the company and its products. Simultaneously, thanks were expressed to the client via email or other communication methods, thanking them for their visit and interest in the company.
