1. The control system is built around a MITSUBISHI PLC and features an intuitive touch screen interface for simple operation.

2. Operators can select from three printing modes—manual, semi-automatic, or full-automatic—with digitally adjustable interval timing.

3. An electrically driven rotary worktable is fitted with a CHINT AC contactor and FOTEK photoelectric sensors from Taiwan.

4. The drying system includes lamps with adjustable brightness to accommodate different temperature requirements.

5. High-performance infrared lamps are used, rated for up to 1,500–2,000 hours of service life.

6. Equipped with a “No Product, No Print” function, the machine can be started or stopped freely during operation. Product sensors are fully adjustable through 360 degrees.

7. The system incorporates 8 workstations in total: 2 for printing, 3 for drying, and 3 for loading and unloading.
